Gotta love daylight savings or not?
Ah the extra hour of sleep bonus of daylight savings! Some and most people love getting that extra hour!! I for one love it but then again I am a professional sleeper!! I kid you not I used to work in a bowling alley as a pin chaser/ mechanic and when the machines were running good I could climb on top of one a fall asleep while all forty lanes were being used!!! It has been noted that most people only get six hours of sleep a night not even close to the recommended eight hours! But in this busy world that's what is needed huh? Or is it? Just look at the ill effects of the lack of sleep. Your not as responsive without some kind of stimulus. Reactions are slower thinking is cloudy and overall energy is decreased. Ah the world functions just fine without sleep huh? Well what about the wellness of the person? Energy has to come from somewhere so your body digs into its reserves and comes up with what ya need, or does it? There have been medical problems related due to lack of sleep, heart attack, stroke, muscle weakness are just a few. You see those eight hours your body is like a construction company repairing and rebuilding your body as it sleeps. If you don't give it the full eight then its just like a mechanic replacing your engine in your car. So he only got it 3/4 of the way done no problem huh? Not!!! When I was on the pro bowlers tour I tried to eat right exercise and get into the best shape I could for my tournaments. If your disabled and pulling muscles when transferring it could be part of the cause, lack of sleep! This is why I am a big fan of daylight savings for all the good it does your body!!! No not really I'm just lazy and love the extra hour of sleep!!! Take care gang and get those bodies repaired! Sleep sleep sleep!!!! :-)
