Sorry I haven't been blogging!!
Hi gang, sorry I took a little time off from blogging not because I had writers block but because I had writers laziness!! There is a difference, I had great ideas the whole time but just found an excuse each time I had set a time to write. You see I am in the middle of writing another book but just haven't had the drive to sit down and write. It usually takes a drastic change in life to get one out of a rut, (if you read my last book I explained all about ruts), but I did have something that jolted me back into wanting to write again. I won't go into detail but it was enough that I know I need to finish what I have started. Thus I have a new energy in writing again and have made deadlines and promises to myself and others, that I will have a finished product by the end of November!! I know some of my friends will say oh yeah by November we have heard this before, but if you know me well, you know when I put my mind to something I will make it happen!! What was the problem you ask? The fear of failure once again showed up in my thoughts. But my friends that have stood behind me, especially my wife Vickie, who talked to me and convinced me that I can do it and all anyone expects is that I do my best. My first book was a success with a limited printing of 1,000 books of which I only have 100 left. So yes I will be blogging more often, I'll try every Monday and Thursday to at least make a blog for you who have been faithful in following me. Thanks for your support and I will let you know as soon as the new book is ready for print!!
