What's the thing your good at?

What's the thing your good at? I was on the southeastern professional bowlers tour for four years before my car accident. I was paralyzed in 1990 but my love for bowling never ended. I told myself when I was lying in that hospital bed that I was not going to quit! My injuries were very serious but I was committed and determined that I was going to bowl again. The doctors said I would not be able to use my right arm, but in my heart I knew I could. The first time I bowled I threw the ball in the gutter just about every time, but to my surprise my arm did not hurt like I thought it was going to! I ended my first game bowling in the wheelchair with a ten. I knew there was only one way to go and that was up. If you let people tell you it can't be done or it is impossible some of the best things in life might never happen. I average 127 from the chair now, a far cry from where I was when I was on the tour, but the thrill of competition still resides. So don't let someone crush your dreams, do what you are good at!!
